This gallery is a collection of photographs from my travels and also closer to home.  

I have set these images apart from landscapes as they are of cities, architecture, events and include a wide variety of locations. 

I consider landscape photography as being on a much larger scale, putting a place in context within its surroundings.

The great thing about photography is that there is always something around you that has potential - some with more possibilities than others.

There is also the unexpected and unpredictability of your surroundings - many times I've thought to myself, 'If only I had brought my camera!'
